Who We Are
The Cosmos House is a division of Future Steel Buildings (FutureBuildings com.) with more than 35 years ago and created the standards of excellence back then that are the reason for the great strides the company continues to make year after year in the marketplace.
Cosmos House is a creation from Future Steel Buildings of a steel framed residential housing system has several advantages being light weight, wide span, resistant to strong wind and earthquakes, providing greater thermal comfort and noise reduction performance. It is a highly efficient, energy saving, environment friendly, sustaining green building system and can be fire rated. It can be used various residence styles, such villas, multi-story buildings, entertainment centers and clubs. It also can be pre-assembled and external claddings, insulation and windows already attached. Trusses can be supplied pre-addembled, making insulation times significantly quicker than conventional construction methods.
What We Do
Cosmos Housing provides affordable, pre-fabricated homes. These homes are easy to assemble, long lasting and are able to withstand the rigors of the Canadian climate. The insulation in the walls is rated an R-30 and the ceiling is rated R-30.
Cosmos Housing is able to design custom homes to meet each of our customers’ unique needs. We will assess each need, analyze the problems, solve them and deliver a beautiful home – on-time and on-budget.
The steel structure of Cosmos Housing homes helps provide resistance to things like rot, mold and insect/rodent infestation. It also helps to make the home fire resistant. Cosmos Housing home production lines are fully automated to produce precision components quickly and consistently in accordance with design tolerances for the building systems.
Cosmos Housing is committed to working with community partners and various trade unions to provide training and experience for local residents.
